I am in an adult winter dodgeball league and it starts up in mid January. I have been slacking on my workout since it got cold and snowy outside. I live in Wisconsin and within the past few weeks the high temp is about 10 degrees above zero and we have a foot of snow, so working outside is out of the question. I do have an elliptical machine, free weights and a yoga/pilates video. What would be the best way to get in shape before our season begins?

well…you can exersise..drink looots of water…becuz wen i was in a dodgeball team my coach told me 2 drink loots of water and eat vegies..and yogort! so good luck =]
