I can throw pretty hard already, but I want to be able to hit people in the foot quickly and efficiently so they don't see it coming. Any tips on the mechanics of throwing a fastball? Any unconventional throwing styles or tips that work? Lay 'em on me. Most thorough and helpful response wins 10pts and a dodgeball to the face!

I ask this in "Baseball" because there might be pitchers out there that can beam people really good with a dodgeball like Randy Johnson did in that RightGuard deoderant commercial. The green balls are like the power stripe!
They are the 8.5" diameter variety dodgeballs.

trhow as hard as you can from a short distance.trust me my coach does it 2 the pitchers in my team and it works 4 them.
Is this using a small ball? Well all u got to do is hold it with 2 fingers on the top, and 2 fingers on the side and ur thumb on the opposite side. And then u throw it like a pitch!
