Can’t tell for sure, but sounds like beginning of “Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye” done by Steam in the 1960′s. Song’s often played as a losing team is being eliminated and losing.
Search the song or even just ‘na na’ and YouTube will pull up multiple tracks on it. See if this is the song (?_
