Founded in 2014, London Storm has grown into one of England's most respected dodgeball organizations. The 10th anniversary kit celebrates this milestone with a design that breaks from the club's traditional black and white color scheme, embracing a vivid, eye-catching aesthetic that reflects the energy and passion that has defined the club over the past decade.
Bold Graffiti-Inspired Design
The anniversary kit features an explosion of color with a striking graffiti-style design. The word "STORM" is prominently displayed in bold, stylized lettering across the front, surrounded by vibrant splashes of yellow, blue, red, purple, and orange against a multicolored backdrop. The design captures the urban energy of London while paying homage to the club's fierce competitive spirit.
"Our main inspiration for the design was Leake Street, a series of tunnels near Waterloo where street art is legal and encouraged, creating fantastic canvases which will last until a new artist decides to claim that space for themselves," said Club President Samuel Laverty. "We wanted to make our celebration kit loud and colourful, not only to contrast with our usual identifying black and white, but to celebrate the fact that the kit is representing one of the most multicultural cities in the world."
This artistic approach marks a significant departure from the club's classic black and white kit, which features the traditional storm cloud and lightning motifs. The anniversary edition offers supporters and players alike the opportunity to showcase their Storm pride in an entirely new way.
