1. Contest Period & Key Dates

• Contest Start Date: January 30, 2026 (now open)
• Contest End Date: April 4, 2026, 11:59 PM CST
• Prediction Lock: Predictions lock individually per match at kickoff
• Total Prize Pool: $250 USD awarded to eligible winners

All predictions must be submitted before each match begins. Once a match starts, predictions for that match are permanently locked and cannot be changed.

2. Eligibility

This Contest, with a total prize pool of $250 USD, is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater;
• Are legal residents of a jurisdiction listed as Eligible in Section 9;
• Are not located in a jurisdiction listed as Prohibited in Section 9 during any part of the Contest.

By participating, entrants confirm their compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3. Jurisdictional Movement & Prize Ineligibility

Prize eligibility is strictly limited to participants who remain in an Eligible Jurisdiction (see Section 9) throughout the Contest.

IMPORTANT: Relocating—even temporarily—to a Prohibited Jurisdiction will result in the participant's account being permanently converted to Entertainment Only status.

Participants with Entertainment Only status:

• Forfeit all pending and future prize eligibility;
• Are disqualified from all prize-eligible contests;
• Irrevocably waive any rights to prize claims for current and future contests.

No exceptions will be granted.

4. Location Verification & Anti-Spoofing Policy

The Sponsor uses real-time geo-fencing, IP verification, and anti-spoofing technologies to determine participant location.

Use of the following is prohibited and constitutes a material violation:

• VPNs
• Proxy servers
• Remote access tools
• Any location-masking services

Violations will result in:

• Immediate disqualification;
• Permanent account ban;
• Forfeiture of all past, present, and future prize eligibility.

Participants agree to continuous location verification while participating in prize-eligible contests.

5. Prediction Rules

• Prediction Format: Participants must enter a predicted score for both the home and away teams for each match.
• Score Range: Scores must be whole numbers between 0 and 99.
• Both Scores Required: A prediction is only valid when both the home and away scores are submitted.
• Winner Determination: The predicted winner is implied by the scores — the team with the higher predicted score is the predicted winner; equal scores indicate a predicted draw.
• Prediction Lock: Predictions lock individually per match when the match begins (status changes to "in progress"). No changes are permitted after lock.
• Knockout Matches: Predictions for knockout stage matches are unavailable until both participating teams have been determined from group stage results.
• Updates: Participants may update their predictions as many times as they wish before the match locks.

6. Scoring System

Note: Exact score points (5) replace winner points (1) — they are not additive. A correct exact score earns 5 points total, not 6.

6.1 Tie Multiplier

If a participant predicts a draw (equal scores) and the actual match result is also a draw, all earned points for that prediction are multiplied by 3:

6.2 Scoring Examples

• Predict 9-7, actual 10-6 → Correct winner (home wins) → 1 point
• Predict 9-7, actual 9-7 → Exact score → 5 points
• Predict 8-8, actual 7-7 → Correct draw, wrong score → 3 points (1 × 3)
• Predict 8-8, actual 8-8 → Exact score + draw → 15 points (5 × 3)
• Predict 9-7, actual 6-10 → Wrong winner → 0 points

7. Tiebreaker Protocol

1. Participant with the most correct predictions (points > 0) wins.
2. If still tied, the participant who submitted their first prediction earliest wins.
3. If still tied, Sponsor may use a skill-based tiebreaker.

Prediction submission timestamps are recorded at the moment of each save.

8. Skill-Testing Requirement (If Applicable)

In jurisdictions where required by law (e.g., Canada), a mathematical skill-testing question must be answered correctly to receive a prize.

9. Eligible & Prohibited Jurisdictions

Eligible Jurisdictions

Residents of the following are eligible for prize-eligible contests:

• United States (excluding prohibited states)
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• France, Germany, Mexico
• Other countries where skill-based prediction contests are legal

Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of the following may not participate in prize-eligible contests:

• United States: Nevada, Washington, Louisiana, Montana, Idaho, Iowa, Arizona
• Canada: Quebec
• United Kingdom
• Brazil
• Australia
• Russia
• China
• India
• Vietnam
• Thailand
• Italy
• Spain
• Singapore
• South Korea
• Ukraine
• Belarus
• Myanmar
• Venezuela
• Countries subject to U.S. sanctions, including:
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • Crimea Region
• Any jurisdiction where skill-based contests are restricted or illegal

Note: Alabama and Nebraska residents must be 19+ to participate in prize-eligible contests. Massachusetts residents must be 21+.

10. Disputes, Law & Arbitration

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Participants waive rights to jury trials and class actions.
