MIAMI, FL - December 5, 2024 - The Dodgeball Champions Tour is pleased to announce the official pots for the inaugural tournament's random draw ceremony. The best eight teams from around the world have been divided into competitive pots based on geographical location to ensure teams will compete against opponents from different qualifying regions.
Pot Structure
The organizing committee has strategically placed teams into pots based on geographical representation to ensure diverse international competition. Each pot contains two teams, and this structure will serve as the foundation for the upcoming random draw, which will determine how teams are distributed into Groups A and B.

Tournament Format
The inaugural tournament will feature a two-phase competition structure designed to showcase elite international talent. In the group stage, eight teams will be divided into two groups of four through the random draw process. Each of the four pots contains two teams, with one team from each pot allocated to Group A and one to Group B, ensuring balanced geographical representation across both groups.
During group stage play, teams will compete in a round-robin format within their respective groups. The top two finishers from Group A and Group B will earn advancement to the knockout phase, where single-elimination matches will determine the inaugural Dodgeball Champions Tour champion.
