MIAMI, FL – The Dodgeball Champions Tour is proud to announce the official team lineup for its highly anticipated first edition. Set to revolutionize the sport, the tour has invited the top eight cloth dodgeball teams from across the globe to compete for glory.
Global Platform for Elite Competition
The Dodgeball Champions Tour is designed to showcase the highest level of competitive dodgeball. With a focus on professional standards, the Tour intends to create a global platform for the world's best athletes. "We are thrilled to unveil the clubs for our inaugural Tour," said Armando Valdes, managing director of the Dodgeball Champions Tour. "These clubs represent the pinnacle of cloth dodgeball in their respective regions. From European powerhouses to North American dynasties, the level of competition will be unlike anything the sport has seen before."
Selection Process
For the inaugural edition of the Tour, the selection process was designed to bring together the world's premiere cloth dodgeball clubs. Two teams were selected from each of the top three nations in the World Dodgeball Federation (WDBF) men's cloth rankings, based on their competitive records over the past five years. To ensure a truly global standard of play, international performance was weighted more heavily than domestic results during the final selection.
In addition to these six teams, a European wild card position was awarded to Paris Licorne based on their exceptional performance in international club events hosted across Europe. Finally, as the host nation, Mexico received an automatic berth, with Club de Dodgeball Lobos Mexico selected as the country's premier representative.

Often topping the standings in Austria's "1st League," this club is a powerhouse of Central European dodgeball with a track record of league dominance and high-scoring performances. Most of their players have represented Austria in the past editions of the Dodgeball World Championships, and are widely considered to be the team to beat in the first edition of the Tour.
Vienna Dodgeball Ninjas
Vienna, Austria • Established 2013
A consistent top-tier competitor in the Austrian Dodgeball League, the Ninjas are known for their agility and strategic gameplay. Regular contenders in the Austrian "1st League," they bring a technical European style that challenges opponents to adapt or be eliminated.

With access to a deep pool of Team USA veterans and high-caliber athletes, they are poised to be a formidable contender.
